  4. ثم نضع كل التوابل الفلفل الاسود الكمون الببريكا القرفه الزنجبيل ثم نضع الفريك ونقلب جيداً.
  5. ثم نضع الطماطم المفرومه في الخلاط وربع كوب ماء مغلي نظبط الملح.
  6. توضع في طاجن وتغطى بالالمنيوم وتترك في فرن مسبق التسخين ١٥ دقيقه.
