  5. نقسم ثلثي العجينه ونفرده بصينية مدهونه بالسمنه أو طحينيه ونخلط المربى برشة صغيرة قرفة مطحونه ونفردها على العجينه.
  6. نخلط باقي العجينه بالطحين حتى تجمد شوي لنبشرها فوق المربى.
  7. نغطي المربى بالعجين المبشور ونخبزها فوق ثم نحمرها تحت.
  8. نقطع المبروشه بعد ما تهدأ من السخونه وصحتين وعافيه.
