4. الحشو نحشي الحمام بين اللحم والعظم ونغلقها جيداً متزوديش في الحشو علشان الجلد ميتقطعش.
5. نضع الماء وعند الغليان نضع كل البهارات البصل الجزر الوراوالملح يترك على نار هاديه 15 دقيقه.
6. لتحمير ملعقه سمن مع دبس رمان انا حمرته تحت الشوايه.
