  3. تقلب وتضاف البهارات ثم تضاف مرقة الدجاج ويغطى القدر حتى تستوي الفريكه على نار متوسطه حوالي ساعه او ساعه ونصف واذا احتاجت ماء نزيدها(يمكن طبخها بقدر الضغط الكاتم لاختصار الوقت) بعد استواء الفريكه يمكن طحنها نصف طحن حسب الرغبه.
  4. تزال العظام من صدور الدجاج ونقطع الدجاج مكعبات ونضيفها للفريكه وتغطى على نار هادئه خمس دقائق.
  5. وبالعافيه.
