- يحمر السجق فى قليل من زيت الزيتون الى ان يصبح زهبى ثم يضاف نصف كمية البصل المقطع و يقلب جيد و يغطى.
- فى طاسة اخرى توضع صدور الدجاج و تحمر مع زيت الزيتون ثم يضاف باقى البصل المقطع و تغطى.
- فى الطاسة الاولى يضاف الثوم و الجنزبيل و البهارات و الفلفل الاسود و الفلفل الحار ويغطى.
- تضاف قطع الصدور بعد النضج مع مكوناتها الى الطاسة الاولى ونستخدم نفس الطاسة الفارغة لوضع البطاطس المكعبات و الماشروم حتى يتشوح و يتغير لونة.
- ثم يضاف الجميع الى السجق ويضاف الطماطم و الصلصة و مكعبات الماجى و نصف كوب ماء و تغطى وتترك حتى يتسبك و تتبخر المياة.
- تقدم بالهناء و العافية على فرشة بقدونس مع الخبز البلدى و المخللات و سلطة الزبادى ـ نصيحة زيد الخبز لانك ستأكلة كلة.
