- ندهن الصينية بزبدة او زيت ونرشها بقليل من الطحين ومن ثم نقسم العجينة نصفين ونمد القسم الاول وهو الاكبر في الصينية.
- ندهن سطح العجينة بالمربى ومن قم نبرش عليها القسم المتبقي من العجينة وندخلها الفرن على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ ونتركها ٤٥ دقيقة الى ان تتحمر من ثم نحمر الوجه صحة وعافية.
