- نفرد العجينة بعد ان تختمر نقسمها الى قسمين. ف مقلاة نشحر بصل مع ملح. نضيف االحم مرحي نتبله بملح و بهارات مذكورة.. نضيف زيتون اخضر و جزرة محكوكة. نصفي الحشوة من زيت و نعمر ليسوفلي. نعملو اثنين كبار..نغلق عليهم على شكل سوفلي.ندهن بصفار بيض.نضيف ليه حليب او كاتشاب حار..انا منحبش ريحة البيض دهنت بحليب عادي...
- ندخلهم الفرن ساخن ونخليهم يتحمروا..انا حرقتهم كن العادة.😅😅.يتقدموا ساخنين.
