  6. يشكل الربع الاخير من العجينة على شكل اقلام رفيعة وتمد فوق المربى على شكل شبكة كما في الصورة.
  7. تخبز في الفرن على الحرارة ١٨٠ لمدة ٤٥ دقيقة وتراقب حتى احمرار وجه العجينة.
