  1. تقسمي باكة الجلاش نصفين وتبتدي تدهني الصينيه بمعلقه من السمن.
  2. تضعي راقتين من الجلاش علي الصينيه ثم تدهني الراقتين بمعلقه من السمن ثم راقتين ثم معلقة سمنه وهكذا حتي ينتهي نصف الباكه مع آخر راقتين لا تضعي سمنه لأننا حنضع الحشوه.
  3. اولا حنضع خليط اللحم بالماشروم - ثم البيبروني - ثم الزيتون الأخضر- ثم البصل الأخضر المقطع قطع صغيره - ثم الفلفل الألوان المقطع قطع صغيره.
  4. ثم نبتدي نضع القسم الثاني من الجلاش وبين كل راقتين سمنه الي ان تنتهي ثم نقطع الصينيه زي الشكل الي في الصوره أو حسب الرغبه ثم نحضر نصف كوب لبن ونضع معه بيضه وملح وفلفل وسنة قرفه ونقلبهم جيدا ونصبه علي الجلاش وبالف هنا وشفا.
  5. نضع الصينيه في الوسط علي درجة حراره 180 حتي يحمر الوجه وممكن لو حابه تولعي الشوايه بسيط.
  6. دي بعد ما خلصت واتقطعت.
  7. ودي بعد الطياب اتمني تعجبكم.
