  2. نحمس البصل على الزيت مع عود القرفة، حتى يذوب البصل ويتشقر، ثم نضيف الطماطم مع الصلصة، ثم الخضار والفلفل الحار والليمون الأسود ونضيف الماء، نصف ساعة حتى تنضج الخضار (الأفضل ما نضع بهارات مع المرق حتى يأخذ المرق طعم الخضار).
  3. الكشنة: نحمس بصلة كبيرة مقطعة مربعات مع البهارات المشكلة والفلفل الأسود، والصلصلة، والملح، حتى تكون الكشنة حمراء...
  4. نكسر شرائح القرصان كسر صغيرة مثل ما هو موجود في الصورة، حسب الكمية المرغوبة، ويفضل يكون في حافظة (لحفظ الحرارة)..
  5. نرش القرصان بالمرق والخضار، ثم نضع الكشنة والزبدة ، ونخلطها سوياً، ثم نغلق الحافظة جيداً حتى يتشرب القرصان المرق...
