  2. و على طاولة مرشوشة بميزنة نشاء نحل بحلال كورة مستطيل و نقطع بجرارة او سكين اشريطة طويلة.
  3. عرضها 6او7 سم و طولها 30سم و على نار في مقلاة نضع زيت يسخن و لمى يسخن ناخذ شريط و نمسك طرف باليد و الاخر نضع داخل زيت حوالي 6سم و نرمي عليه زيت لمى يعمل فقعات و نقلب ونرمي زيت حتى نكمل شريط.
  4. لمى نكمل كل الخشخاش نتركه يبرد تماما و ندفي العسل و نضع الخشخاش في كسكاس و نفرغ عليهم العسل و ننثر عليهم جلجلان المحمص.
