- تعجن وتقطع كرات صغيرة وتترك لمدة 25 دقيقة.
- تفرد العجينة دائرية.
- تقلب على المقلى حتى يصبح لونها قريب للبوني.
- لعمل حشوة الدجاج.
- ينقع الدجاج مع الزبادي و البهرات لمدة ١٠دقائق.
- يحمس الدجاج ف المقلى.
- يضع جانباً وفي نفس المقلى يضاف البصل.
- يذبل البصل قليلاً ثم يضاف الفلفل الرومي و الماشروم و الطماطم.
- عندما ينضج يضاف علية الدجاج ويحرك.
- حسب الرغبة: الكاتشب و الباربيكيو صوص.
