- نغربل الفرينة والفنليا ايضا على ثلاث دفعات مح التحريك المستمر بالملعقة من فوق لي تحت حتى نكمل الفرينة وبواسطة الملعقة ندخل جيد الفرينة مع الضغط عليها في القاع حتى نتحصلثعلى خليط لايتقطع لما نحمله بالملعقة ثم وننزله يبقى خيط مستقيم لايتقطع هناك نعرف ان الخليط اصبح جاهز.
- نقوم بتقسيمه وتلوينه حسب الرغبة ووضعه في قمع نحضر صينية فيها ورق الزبدة ثم نشكل دوائر كما في الصورة نضع القمع بشكل مستقيم ونشكل.
- والحشوة اختياري شوكولاته او كريمة.
