  2. أما خمرت نهبط الخميرة ونزيد نعاود نخليه يخمر مرة أخرى منبعد نقسمو 2 كور ونبسطهم على الصينية وندهنهم بصفار البيض والقليل من القهوة ونرشهم بالقليل من حبة البركة وحبة الحلاوة ونخليهم يخمرو جيدا وندخلهم الفرن الساخن من قبل.
  3. يطيبو من تحت نطفي ونشعل من فوق يتحمر قليلا ونحيه والف صحة وهنا.
