  3. نفرم الثوم ناعم ونقلبه مع الزيت النباتي حتى يصير لونه ذهبي ونحطه على الزهره ولبن.. ونحمر الدجاج بالفرن ويقدم مع الارز ساخنا.. والطريقه بالفيديو على قناتي Rana Hirbawi.
