  1. نقطع الزهره و نسلقها في قدر فيه ماء فقط... وعند غليان الماء نتركهه عشر دقائق ع نار هادئه.
  2. نصفي الزهره من الماء ونقليها.
  3. ننقع الرز في ماء لمده ربع ساعه ثم نغسله.
  4. وفي قدر ضغط نحط الدجاج ونضع ماء لحد ما الماء يغطي الدجاجه ونحط ٤ حبات هيل + عودين قرفه + كمون + فلفل اسود +بهارات مشكله ونضغطه لحد ما تصفر الصفاره نحسب له عشر دقايق ع نار هادئه.
  5. بعدين نشيل الدجاج من الماء ونتركه خارجاً قليلاً... وفي ماء الدجاج (المرقه) نضيف علبتين صلصه + الزهره ونتركها ع نار هادئه حتى تفور.
  6. نضع في قدر ضغط زيت ونضع الرز ونضع ماء لحد ما يغطي الرز ثم نضع البهارات (هيل ، قرنفل ، قرفه ،ملح مليزي ، كمون ، بهارات مشكله ، فلفل اسود ، فلفل احمر)ونضغطه لحد ما يصفر نحسب له عشر دقايق.
  7. نضع الدجاجه في الفرن وندهنها زيت ونضع ليمون او حمض ليمون و كمون و بهارات مشكله وسماق ونحمر الدجاحه من فوق فقط.
