  3. في طاسه نضع السمن والثوم حتى يحمر ونضعه على العدس ثم نضع العدس في طاجن ونضع عليه البيض بدون خفق رشه ملح وفلفل اسود وشطه على الوجه يوضع في فرن حار حتى يستوي البيض ويحمر الوجه قليل ١٥ دقيقه.
  4. عمل اربع طواجن صغيرة.
