  2. عند تمام النضج نضع الملح ونضرب الخليط بعد مايبرد في الخلاط ونصفيه جيداً حتى تتكون شوربة عدس ناعمه بلا تكتلات او بذور الطماطم او خيوط من البصل ونصضعه على النار يغلي ويتجانس ونطفي النار ونجهز الطشه.
