- الكيكة:نضع البيض والسكر،رشة ملح مبشورالليمون و لافاني وعصير الليمون ونخلط ثم نضيف الزيت والحليب ونضيف الفرينة الخميرة ونفرغها في مول مدهون بالزيت والفرينة ونضعها في فرن مسخن على درجة حرارة 180°ولما تطيب تحمارنخرجها تبرد.
- الشربات نضع المقادير وتخليها تغلي 10دقائق ثم نطفي نخليه يبرد ثم نشرب الكيكة تكون حتى هي باردة وتزينيها بالكاوكاو او ونوادكوكو او اي شيء تريدون.
- الكريمة:نضع المقادير إلا عصير الليمون والمارغرين لما تثقال ندير الليمون ونطفي ونزيد والمارغرين ثم نفرغ الكريمة على الكيكة ثم نزينها من فوق ويمكن نخليها كما هي.
