  4. نضع ماء التمر الهندي بعد تصفيته و الملح و دبس الرمان و زيت قلي البصل و نتركها تغلي قليلا الى ان تصبح مثل الصورة (متسبكة).
  5. نتركها لتتشرب باقي الصلصة و نضها في صينية التقديم.
  6. نشوي خبز للتزيين ثم نزين الطبق.
  7. و بالهنا و الشفا.
