  4. حتى يطيبو تقريبا نضيف عليهم البصل والثوم وحبة الطماطم والرند والملح والبهارات ونقفل حتى يطيبو تماما وتعقد المرق ننزع حبة طماطم و نزيدالحار والكمون فالاخير.
  5. عند التقديم نرش ملعقة ك زيت زيتون والدبشة والبصل اخضر اختاري حسب الرغبه.
