  2. ومن بعد ما بداو الكرعين يطيبو نضيفو ليهم الحمص ونتركه يطهى ومن بعد نضيفو الزبيب ونتركه يطهى قليلا وفي الاخر نضيف العسل ونتركه يتغلى قليلا ونقدم طبق الهركمة.
