  2. ومن بعد ما تختمر نعجنها شوية و نقسمها الى 2خبزات و نخبزهم في صينية الفرن و نغطيهم و نخليهم يخمروا و من بعد ندهنهم بصفار البيض نخلط مع قليل من الحليب و ملعقة صغيرة نيسكافي و نخلطهم مليح وندخلهم لفرن مسخن مليح و نخليها حتى تحمر من الجهتين و صحة و بالشفاء.
