  2. هانحط معلقه زيت في حله ومعاها معلقتين السمنه ولما يقدحو نحط فص التوم المفروم ونقلب لحد ما يصفر بس وننزل بالطماطم او الصلصه.
  3. في حاله الطماطم هانسيبها تتسبك عادي وبعدين نحط الملح والبهارات والفلفل لو الصلصه هانحطها على السمنه والملح والفلفل نفس الوقت ومش هتاخد 10 دقايق على النار لانها اصلا متسبكه.
  4. نرجع للميه المغليه لما تقلب هاننزل بالمكرونه وكل دقيقتين نقلبها يالمعلقه علشان ماتلزقش في بعض.
  5. لما تدخل على سوا نطفي عليها ونغطي ونسيبها في الميه حوالي 3 او 4 دقايق.
  6. بعدين هانصفيها ونغسلها بميه من الحنفيه عادي. ولما تتصفي كويس.
  7. تكون الضلصه على النار وننزل عليها بالمكرونه ونقلب.
  8. نقلب لحد ما الصلصه تغطي المكرونه كلها ونسيبها يالظبط 5 دقايق وبعدين نطفي عليها وبالهنا والشفا.
