  3. بالمقلاه نضع الزيت والبصل والثوم الى ان يصبح لونها ذهبي نضع الجزر ثم الفلفل المشكل والبازيلا والبندوره مقطعة ومكعب الماجي ونقلبها.
  4. نضع صوص الطماطم على المقلاه ونحركها جيداً.
  5. نسكب المقلاه على المعكرونه ونتركها على نار هادئه لمده خمس دقائق الى ان تتجانس مع الخضار مع الملح والفلفل الاسود.
  6. نضعها بالطبق ونزينها بالزعتر الناشف و بالعافيه ❤️.
