- عمل التوفي نضع السكر والماء على النار حتى يشقر لون السكر ثم نضع ملعقة الزبده مع الخلط.بعد اطفاء النار نصب الحليب الدافي ونخلطها.ثم نضع القليل منه على الطبقه الاولى ويوضع بالثلاجه حتى تتماسك وبالعافيه.
