  1. نأخذ اولا الروب و السكر والخبيض و جوز الهند و نخلطهم جيداا ثم نضع عليهم نص قوطي زيت و نخلطه بالخلاط جيدااا ثم نضع عليهم البيضه و نقوم ب الخلط جيداً لكي يكونوا طعم موحد ثم نضع القشطه و نقوم بالخلط مره اخرى ثم نضع رشه فانيلا و ملعقه طعام بايكنغ باودر ونخلطهم جيداً.
  2. ثم نخلط الخليط جيداً ثم نحضر طبق المحفور في 12 دائره و ندهن عليه الزبده ثم نصف الخليط بشكل مرتب ثم نضعه في الفرن لمده 20 دقيقه في الاسفل و5 دقائق من الاعلى ثم نخرجه و نضع عليه الشيره و الحليب المكثف ثم نخرجه من الطبق و نضعه في بايركس او طبق سويتي و نضعه عليه الزينن مثل الورد و الفستق يتقدم معى شاهي وبالعافيه.
