  3. نضع جميع المكونات على بعض ونقبلهم كويس ونحشي الممبار ونسلقه في الماء بإضافة مكونات الشوربه لها ونتركه حوالي ساعه الا ربع على النار ثم نحمره في زيت غزير ساخن ويقدم بألف هنا.
