  1. نغسل الممبار كويس جداا وننقعه في ماء بملح بكوربانته لمده نص ساعة.
  2. نغسل الخضره جداا َننقعها في خل لمده 10 دقائق لقتل المكروبات.
  3. في حله على نار هادئه نضع الزيت يسخن ونضع فوقه البوصله المتقطعه لحين تتدبل.
  4. وبعدين نضع عصير الطماطم ومعجون الطماطم ونترك الصلصله تتسبك.
  5. على جنب نغسل الزر.
  6. هنتشيل التسبيكه ونكون قطعنا الخضره حتت صغيرة جداا ونحط الخضره والرزه فوق الصلصة ونبدأ بحشو الممبار.
  7. في حله على النار نحط ماء فيها بصله وطماطم َوورق لورا وفلفل اسود وحبهان وتركها تغلى تخلص م الغليان نضع فيها الممبار ونهدي النار لمده ساعة الا ربع لو كبير نص ساعة لو صغير وبالف هنا.
