  7. يصفى الممبار ويوضع فى صينية مع معلقة زيت ويوضع تحت الشواية او يحمر فى الزيت حسب رغبتك وبألف هنا.
  8. ملحوظة : اضافة اللحم المفروم والجزر والفلفل أعطت له طعم رووووعة. مختلف للممبار جربى وعلى ضمانتى.
