  5. نقوم بوضع ٣اكواب ماء وملعقة اكل دبس رمان وثلاثة ملاعق معجون طماطم وملعقة اكل بهارات وملعقة شاي كمون وملعقة اكل ملح وملعقة شاي فلفل اسود ونخلط الصلصة جيدا ونضعها فوق صينية التبسي.
  6. نغطي الصينية بالسلفون وندخلها للفرن على الاسفل بعدها نقوم بفتح السلفون ونصع الصينية بالاعلى لكي يحمر الوجه وتقدم مع الرز والف عافية.....
