  3. نغسل اللحم بعضمو ونضعه بأسفل الطنجرة.
  4. ثم نصف ورق والعنب ومن فوق اليقطين والثوم.
  5. نضع ثقل عال الورق ونسكب الماء ونتركه لحين الغليان.
  6. نضع الليمون والملح ونتركه يغلي قليلا ثم نخفض النار جدا يحتاج 3 ساعات او اكثر للاستواء.
  7. ملاحظة(اليقطين استوى بعد ساعة وربع من الغليان) نخرج اليقطين ونترك ورق العنب يكمل استواء.
  8. بعد الاستواء نصفي المرقة ونسكبه.
  9. صحتين عافية.
