- نضع كله على باقي البصل على النار وتقلبه ونتركه حتى يتسبك جيداً.
- نفرم الثوم مع الملح والكزبره الناشفه وفي طاسه على النار نحمرهم ونضعهم على العدس وبعد التقليب ونتركهم خمس دقائق ونطفيء النار وبالهناء.
