  3. في مقلاة اخر نضع باقي كمية البصل ونقلبه شوي حتى يذبل نضيف عليه فلفل حلو وفطر و ونقلبهم ٥ دقائق ل 10 دقائق ثم ننزل الكبده عليهم ونقلبهم مع بعض على نار هادئة حتى يذبلو ونقدمهم.
