- نضع نص ملعقة الكربونات على الخليط نتركه نص ساعة بنحمي الزيت ولما ننزل الفلافل نخفف النار عشان ما يتحمر من برا والي بقلبه ما يستوي يعني يباخد وقته بالزيت.
- إذا كانت الكمية كبيره ما نحط على كل الكميه كربونات الا وقت القلي بنقدر نفرز العجينه لوقت الحاجه.
