  1. نقطع صدور الدجاج الى مربعات او بشكل طولي ونضعه جانبا.
  2. في صحن عميق نحضر التتبيله نضع كل البهارات مع عصير الليمون وزيت الزيتون ما عادا الفلفل والبصل والبقدونس نضع صدور الدجاج مع التتبيله ونغلطها جيدا الى ان يتتبل كل الدجاج ونغطها ونتركها بالبراد لمده ساعتين الى ٣ساعات.
  3. نضع الزيت في مقلاه ونضع فوقه الدجاج ونستمر بالتقليب لمده 5 دقايق ثم نضيف البصل والفلفل ونقلبهم جيدا كل شوي نقلبها ثم نتركها قليلا ونرجع نقلبها الى ان يستوي ونزينها بالبقدونس والف صحه وهنا ❣️.
