  3. بملحهم وبحط كمون وقرنفل مطحون وفلفل اسود وكزبرة ناشفة و زنجبيل..
  4. بغلفهم وبحطهم بالثلاجة.
  5. ولما بدي اقلي فلافل بطول الكمية اللي بدي اياها وبحط معها ملعقة كربونة صغيرة وممسوحة وبخلطهم منيح وبتركهم 10 دقائق.
  6. وبعدين بقليهم بزيت غزير.
