  4. نقطع البندورة مكعبات صغيرة جدا.
  5. في تاوة نشوح بصل مقطع صغير جدا مع ثوم بشوية زيت مانكثر...
  6. ثم نضع الدجاج المقطع ونحركه الى ان يتغير لونه.
  7. نضع البهارات من ملح وفلفل اسود وكمون وبهار ونقلب بالدجاج جيدا لمدة خمس دقائق....
  8. ثم نضع الفلفل الرومي والجزر ونقلب...
  9. ثم نضع البندورة ونحرك الى ان تذوب ونغطيها شوي...
  10. اخر شيء نحركها شوي ليمتزج الكل مع بعض وانتهينا....
  11. ملاحظة انا ماوضعت ماء نهائي لانه بالتقليب المستمر مايلتصق والدجاج بسرعه ينضج....
  12. يُفضل ما تستخدموا ماجي ولا صلصل... الملح والبندورة افضل....
  13. يُقدم مع خبز او رز ابيض او مكرونة اللي تحبوا.. لكن مع الخبز اطيب....
