- في هذه الأثناء نسخن الكريمة السائلة ثم نضع فيها الشوكولاته المبشورة و نخلط حتى تذوب الشوكولاتة.
- عندما نخرج الجينواز من الفرن نسقيها بالسيرو يكون بارد نتركها تشرب كل سيرو ثم نغطيها من فوق بڨاناش الشوكولاتة.
