  3. بعد إخراجها من الفرن نسقيها بالسيرو ونتركها تبرد تماما ونزينها بالمربي وكاوكاو محمص مرحي وتقطع مربعات وتقدم في صحن التقديم مع شاي أو قهوة وشهية طيبة.
  4. في كسرونة نضع سكر وماء ونخلط وقطع الليمون ونضعها فوق نار هادئة حتى تغلي لمدة 7 دقائق ونطفيء ونتركها تبرد تماما.
  5. يمكن استبدال بالياغورت بالحليب اولبن رايب اولبن زبادي.
