  1. في صحن غامق ضعي السميد والماء والسكر والخميرة الخبز وخلطي بالمكسور. جيدا. غطيه ودعيه يختمر. ثم ضفي البيضة والزيت والملح وخلطي جيدا حتي يمتزج الخليط ضفي الفرينة وخميرة الحلوي وخلطي حتي تصبح طريه ومتلاسقة في اليد. غطيها ودعيها تختمر جيدا ثم ادلكيها قليلا و ضفي لها قليل من الزيت حتي لا تلتسق في اليد واتركيها تختمر مرة اخري. شكلي 6 كرات صغيرة نوعا ما. وانثري السميد. ممزوج مع الفرينة واخبزي خبزات ودعيهم يختمروا وضعيهم في الفرن مسخن جيدا.
