  4. نضع زيت على نار ونضع في صحن آخر زيت ثم نضع المعلقه في زيت ونقطع العجينه عن طريق اليد والمعلقه ونقلي العوامه ونخرجه ونحرص على ان العوامه لا تتحمر ونضعه في ثلاجه لمده نص ساعه ونخرجها ونقليها مره أخرى ثم نضع القطر على العوامه.
