  3. تقلى بزيت غزير وحامي ثم تنقل للقطر ولازم يكون سميك.
  4. اما ان توضع بكيس ونقص طرفه بالمقص وندهن اصبعنا السبابه والابهام كل شوي بالزيت لاننا رح نضغط ع الطرف المقصوص ونساعد بنزول العوامه للزيت.
  5. او ان نضع العجينه بيدنا اليسار ونغمس كل شوي ملعقه صغيره بالزيت ونسوي قبضه باليد وناخد بالملعقه شوي من العجينه ونسقطها بالزيت.
  6. القلي يفضل ان يكون على مرحلتين...بعد ماتاخد العوامه لون فاتح جدا نشيلها من الزيت ولما تبرد تماما نرجع نكمل القلي مع التحريك اثناء القلي حتى تكتسب كل حبه لون من كل الجهات.
