  2. تترك تخمر بمكان دافئ الى ان يتضاعف حجمها ثم نهبطها لتخرج الهوا ونجهز الزيت للقلى.
  3. يسخن الزيت على النار ونحضر كيس حلواني او كيس بلاستيك عادى ونضع العجينه ويقص الكيس وتقطع بالمقص مغمور بالزيت حسب الحجم اللى تفضلو وتقلى وتخرج قبل ما تتحمر تماما تترك تبرد على مناديل مطبخ وترجع تقلى مره تانيه لتحمر تماما الخطوه دى سر القرمشه.

  5. وبعد ما تحمر المره الاخيره توضع فى شيره بارد وثقيل او يرش عليها سكر بودر او دبس تمر والف عافيه.
