  2. ثم نقلبه بالملعقة ونهرس الثوم والعدس بالملعقة ونزود ٣ كوب ماء والملح وناتى بطاسة ونضع بها السمنة البلدي والبصلة ونقلب حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي ونسكب على العدس ونطفى النار.
  3. ناتى بطبق التقديم ونضع العيش المحمص ونقلب العدس ثم نسكب العدس بالشوربة على العيش ونتركه دقيقتين ونسكب باقي الشوربة عليه ونضع بعض عصير الليمون على الفتة وبالهنا والشفا.
  4. وهناك بعض الأشخاص بيتعبوا من التقلية وانا من الناس ده ممكن نستغنى عنها بس نضع ٢ ملعقة سمنة بلدي كبديل على طبق التقديم ويكون طعمة جنان.
