- نصفي القشطة بمشبك ناعم حتى نصبح كقرص الجبنة نضيف عليها علبة قشطة قيمر وماء الزهر ومعلقة قطر ونتركها على جنب.
- نبدا بتحضير حلاوة الجبنة بوضع الماء والسكر في وعاء حتى يسخن نضع الجبنة ونحرك سريعا حتى تذوب الجبنة نضع السميدوماء الزهر ونحرك حتى تتجانس المكونات وتصبح كانها قطعه متماسكة.
- نجهز نايلون مدهون بقطر ونضع كمية من الحلاوة يفضل الشغل بها وهي ساخنة.
- نفردها على النايلون نضع القشطة على الطرف ونلف النايلون حتى يتكون رول اللف حسب ما نرغب.
- نتركها ملفوفة لمدة خمس دقايق نبدا بتقطيعها وتزين بالفستق الحلبي ويقدم بجانبها قطر بارد.
