  2. من بعد نفوره مع تغطيه الكسكاس ونفرغه في قصعه ونضيف له ماء ولما يتشرب نعيد العمليه ثلاث مرات المره الاخيره نضيف الملح والزيت او الزبده ونضعه يفور وبعدها نضيف للمرق.
  3. نكون قد وضعنا قطع اللحم في طنجره بها زيت ونرحي عليه الطماطم والبصل والثوم ونضيف الملح والتوابل وورق الغار ونتركه يتغلي جيدا ومن ثم نضيف ماء ساخن والحمص ولما ينضج ننزع اللحم ونضيف التليتلي المفور يتشرب النكهه.
  4. نزينه بالبيض ، شهيه طيبه.
