  1. يحمى الفرن على درجة 180 مئوية و ينخل الدقيق و البيكنج بودر ويترك جانبا.
  2. يضرب البيض في محضرة الطعام اوبالمضرب اليدوي مع السكر لمدة 5 دقائق حتى يذوب السكر ثم يضاف سكر الفانيليا و جبنة الكيري ويستمر الخلط حتى تتجانس المكونات ويضاف الحليب ثم يضاف الدقيق و توضع في قالب غير لاصق او به ورق الخبز لمدة نصف ساعة او حتى تنضج مع تجنب فتح باب الفرن في 10 دقائق الأولى.
  3. تذاب الزبدة و يضاف الحليب المكثف المحلى اليها على نار هادئة وعند تمام نضج الكيك وتبريدها لمدة ربع ساعة يوضع عليها الخليط وهو ساخن و ترش بجوز الهند المبشور.
