- نجهز الحشو اول شي نذوب النشا والطحين بالحليب ثم نضع السكر والقشطه والكيري.. يوضع على النار حتى تتجانس جميع المكونات وتتماسك.
- نبدأ نحشي العجين بالقشطه ونلفها مع النايلون توضع فالثلاجه من ٣ إلى ٤ ساعات.
- نقطعها مثل الصورة ونضع عليها شيرة وتزين بالفستق الحلبي وبالعافية.
