  3. بعد 10 دقائق من التحريك المستمر تضاف الزبدة و يستمر في التحريك الى بدء تغير سماكة الخليط.
  4. يضاف منقوع ماء الورد و الزعفران.
  5. بعد نصف ساعة من التحريك تضاف المكسرات المجروشه.
  6. يستمر التحريك الى ان تكمل ٤٥ دقيقه على النار مع التحريك المستمر دون توقف حتى تغلظ ثم تسكب في اوني التقديم و تترك تبرد حتى تتماسك في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
